What Should I do if I want to order a fishing reel or line with my own brand ?

You can send us the artwork file or your brand in Free Hand or Corel Draw format.

Or we can design it for you if you give us an idea of the artwork you want by fax or email. We'll send you the artwork design for approval

What are your terms of payment ?

100% by sight L/C or

25% T/T upon order confirmation and 75% T/T when merchandise are ready for shipment.

Min amount of L/C is US$5,000.

How long is the delivery lead time ?

Delivery varies depending on our production loading. The actual lead time will be determined with each order. However, on average our lead time is about 2 months for the first order including the artwork design and approval. For repeat orders, delivery lead time is shorter.

How do I get samples of your products ?

First, Please make sure that the product, order quantity and unit price is right. Then please fax or email detailed list of all items that you require samples for. Don't forget to include informations about your company such as Company name, address, phone number, fax number, and contact person. Please include your courier registration number if you have one. This way you will you receive the correct sample.

You are based in Indonesia, Do you have a showroom in my areas ?

Currently, our showrooms are only available in Indonesia, However, we exhibit our products every year at International exhibition namely China Fish at China, EFFTEX at Europe and ICAST at USA, the schedules of the exhibition are available in this website.

Can I order through Internet?.

Our website is only for our products showcase, we don't do transactions over the internet. To order our products, please contact our sales office by fax, phone or email. One of our officer will certainly glad to assist you.

Can I get a price list of your products and how ?

Yes, please contact our office and let us know which products items and sizes that you are interested in.
